105 E
New High Group Automatic Espresso Machine
Eliminate 4 steps and 6 seconds from every drink cycle
New La San Marco 105 Espresso Machine
La San Marco introduces a newly developed series of quality espresso machines every 10 years, offering designs and technology aligned with the ever-developing espresso industry. The 105 series is the latest addition to the La San Marco family which is the oldest espresso machine manufacturer operating under the same internationally respected name.
Machine Feature What this means to you
Tall Cup Group Head
The 105 series was designed with a 9-inch group height to allow direct extraction into grande and super venti cups. Save 4 steps, six seconds on every drink! Serve your customers warmer shots with better crema!

Machine is also equipped with a standard, elevated, retractable platform for short-drop shots.

New Group Head Design with Temperature Stabilization
Dual heat exchanger regulates group head and extraction temperature to produce a perfectly tempered shot every time. The new 105 heat exchanger technology delivers the freshest filtered water for your espresso. The second heat exchanger system pre-warms the main heat exchanger water supply while controlling group head temperature during high production.

Stabilization eliminates overheated espresso that can taste burnt and bitter.

450 ml dedicated heat exchangers provide an unlimited supply of fresh, pure brew water to each brew head at the right brew temperature, even during maximum production.

Increased Wattage
Increased wattage options for unlimited steam capacity at the busiest cafe or drive thru.

Faster steaming, allowing for pitcher after pitcher of milk to be steamed without interruption.

Ergonomic Portafilters
Portafilter Handles feature an 8 degree down-angle to minimize wrist flexing while locking and removing portafilters. Maintaining a natural position of the wrist, without flexing, reduces the strain on the wrist joint and is recommended for workers by a growing number of labor departments.
Lever Action Steam valves
Initiate instant full on with a quick up or down motion or control rate of steam flow by toggling left or right.
La San Marco's Dual Heat Exchanger
La San Marco's Heat Exchanger System utilizes fresh water and a two-step system for controlling brew water temperature to produce the perfectly tempered espresso shot.
  • Heating system increases brew capacity by devoting a hot-water reservoir to each brewing group, while freeing up the boiler for uninterrupted steaming.
  • Dedicated heat exchanger for each group improves temperature control, keeping water for brewing at the optimal temperature while allowing hotter water for steaming to be produced in a separate boiler.
  • Heat exchange systems are used in thousands of commercial appliances because they produce controlled heat efficiently, with less recovery time than boiler-supplied systems.
