Espresso Equipment Financing
We offer finance options that make it easy for you to purchase your espresso machine or cart. 90 days same as cash with 12 deposit and our 2 or 3 year Lease-to-own program are a couple examples of what we can do for you.

Shipping, Delivery, & Insurance
We ship UPS ground on all online and phone orders unless otherwise requested. Upon shipment, customers receive a tracking number which can be entered into the UPS website to see the progress of your package.

Need your parts fast? If your order is time sensitive, please phone it in to our parts department.
We offer several options:

UPS 3-day delivery
We are able to ship same-day on all orders of in-stock items received before 3 PM PST
We DO NOT accept responsibility for packages once they have left our shipping facility.
All packages over $100 are insured.
*Note additional charges noted on certain parts due to dimension or weight.
When do ground orders ship?
Ground orders placed before 12:00 PM PST
will ship the same day.
Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the following day.
Orders placed on weekends and/or holidays will ship on the next business day.
Shipping Outside the United States

Currently, online parts orders are accepted for customers in the United States only.

Returns & Replacements
Return new parts for credit less shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee within 30 days from date received.
All returns must include the original packing slip.
Exchange parts within 30 days from date received. No restocking fee on exchanges.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and for any additional costs associated with replacing items.

Description of the problem
Michaelo will dispatch a service technician to your location and at our discretion, either send replacement parts or a replacement unit. All warranty claims are determined once the defective part(s) have been returned to Michaelo Espresso and evaluated by a Michaelo technician.
