Equipment:   -New espresso machine

                     purchases

Begins:         -Date of installation

Concludes:    -1 yr after Date of installation

Covers:        -Defective Parts (incl. labor)

Conditions:   -Equipment installed by MEI

                   -Water Test Completed

                   -Approved H20 Filtration System

                   -Preventative Maintenance

                    scheduled at 6-month intervals 

                    (6 and 12 months)

Exclusions:   -Wearable parts including

                     Gaskets/Seals/O-rings

                   -External removeable parts

                   -Steam Wands

                   -Neglect

                   -Cosmetic Damage

                   -Electrical/Power Damage

                   -Operator-caused Damage

                   -Damage due to water

                   -Damage caused at customer   

                    location prior to installation

                   -Shipping Damage*

Description of the problem

Michaelo will dispatch a service technician to your location and at our discretion, either send replacement parts or a replacement unit.  All warranty claims are determined once the defective part(s) have been returned to Michaelo Espresso and evaluated by a Michaelo technician. 

 

Parts Warranty
